I have been tasked to build a website for my unit 4 media studies course. I have decided to build a music website that includes my beats, music projects, and information about me and how I became a producer/ artist.  Introduction: Within this I plan to include 360 degree pictures of my home studio and embedded Soundcloud links of my music projects. I also plan on including pictures of myself and also videos that show me creating my music. I would also like to make my website look modern by including a looping video within the background, I will be able to film this myself with a DLSR camera or even my iPhone 13 camera. The video will include me making a beat and I will use LEDs in order to add colour to the footage, as I will be filming in the complete dark.  Images: I will take the 360 degree pictures myself using the Theta 360 degree camera. Feedback giving from teacher, including positives and negatives.  Introductory text: To respond to this feedback I would have to edit my website slightly so that The All Beats page has a title and small paragraph so that people with disabilities, such as blind and dyslexic users, can access the page and understand what is within it.   Data protection statement: I began researching what a GDPR is as I had to add one to the contact form of my website in order to tell users how their data, such as their email and personal information, is being protected and not being spread or sold. I want users to trust me and know that I will only be using the data they send me to make them beats and help them with their passion for music.  Once I add the statement to my page I will have finished all my testing and will be able to move on to the next. 

For my legal and ethical issue, I have to make sure that none of my images clips or videos are not copyrighted by a big company. This is because I'm not legally allowed to use copyrighted content and if I do so without permission from the owner they can teak legal action against me. So I was not allowed to upload music that used samples I had taken from YouTube or SoundCloud. However, all the beats that I created using free loops or that I built from scratch, can be used on the website. An ethical issue would be that I need to make sure that my site doesn't offend anyone especially people in my target demographic for website such as having content that could be viewed as racist or homophobic and the way to avoid this is by getting multiple people from different cultures and religions as ask them to use the website and let me know if there is anything that offends them.
