Lo2 Optimised Images

I got most of the pictures I used from Pexels.com as it had a range of images that would fit each style of beat I uploaded towards my Soundcloud. Using Pixels to find images is completely copyright free, so I will be allowed to use as many as I would like for my website. I chose a lot of images that featured rap artists and images of artists for beats that are similar to the style of their music. This is because I am planning on organizing my beats as 'Type Beats' that sound like what a certain artists would perform on. This Is to ensure that users of my website are able to pick and choose what type of beats they feel more comfortable on. I will then upload these images with the beats on my SoundCloud so that I can embed then into my website and organize them on the 'All Beats' page.  By embedding my beats from Soundcloud onto my website I am able to save more memory space by not including mp3 files. Lo2 Legal and ethical

For my legal and ethical issue, I have to make sure that none of my images clips or videos are not copyrighted by a big company. This is because I'm not legally allowed to use copyrighted content and if I do so without permission from the owner they can teak legal action against me. So I was not allowed to upload music that used samples I had taken from YouTube or SoundCloud. However, all the beats that I created using free loops or that I built from scratch, can be used on the website. An ethical issue would be that I need to make sure that my site doesn't offend anyone especially people in my target demographic for website such as having content that could be viewed as racist or homophobic and the way to avoid this is by getting multiple people from different cultures and religions as ask them to use the website and let me know if there is anything that offends them.
